I studied BA (Hons) Visual Arts at Swansea, graduated in 1995 and then studied a PGCE in Art & Design (Secondary Education) in 1997. I returned to Pembrokeshire to lecture in Art and Design and Photography. I also work as a commercial photographer. Whilst teaching, I still work on my own projects. These include working in various media such as, 35 mm film, pinhole photography, digital photography andsilk screen printing combined withmixed medium painting.

I have had solo exhibitions in Haverfordwest and with the (iv) Photographers Group in Milford Haven and Haverfordwest. I exhibited in Llantwit Major and in the Dyfed Arts Show, Carmarthen and The Royal Cambrian Academy, Conwy. I have also produced work for several Pembrokeshire businesses.

For my latest mixed medium work I use canvas board with acrylic paint, textand my own photography manipulated using Photoshop, both from 35 mm film and digital work. For the photographic element I use silk screen-printing. I only screen print each image once, the work is layered and scraped back to reveal under painting and text. I draw my inspiration from my love Pembrokeshire and my travels.
